Francesco Baretto S.p.A., founded in 1902, is a joint-stock company active medium/heavy carpentry sector. The company’s core business is focussed on offshore and energy sectors.

In order to foster continuous improvement and to promote company efficiency and effectiveness, the company achieved OHSAS 18001:2007 certification in 2016. In 2020 it was updated with the UNI ISO 45001: 2018 certification to improve workers’ health and safety.
